Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies both to subscriptions (monthly and yearly) and to one-time purchases of individual assets.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order email, or contact us at iqetsstyle@gmail.com and we will help you with the request.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank, and typically takes 3–10 business days after approval.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account dashboard or through the Paddle customer portal. After cancellation, your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further payments are taken.
