The service at copylayers.com ("copylayers", "the service") is provided by IP BlackBone Tech (ИП BlackBone Tech), registered in Kazakhstan under BIN/IIN 950326300505, address Seifullin street 498/1, Almaty 050000, Kazakhstan ("we", "us", "the seller"). By using the service you enter into an agreement with the seller.

You confirm that you are of legal age to enter into this agreement and, if you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, that you have authority to bind that organisation.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or an individual asset, or otherwise continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

copylayers is a digital marketplace for AI website templates, animated UI blocks, 3D scenes and ready-to-use prompts for AI coding tools. Access is provided either through a subscription or through a one-time purchase of an individual asset, according to the plan you select.

Depending on your plan, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use purchased assets in your own commercial and personal projects.

You must not use the service to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate another person or organisation;
• infringe the intellectual property or other rights of anyone;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the service — including malware, probing, penetration attempts, automated scraping, or circumventing technical limits or paywalls;
• resell, redistribute or republish our assets as a competing library or template collection;
• reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source of any non-public part of the service.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account, and for providing accurate account information.

Our assets are prompts and templates intended for use with third-party AI coding tools. You are responsible for the prompts you submit to those tools, for how you use their outputs, for verifying the accuracy, security and licensing of generated code, and for holding the rights to any content you input.

Outputs produced by third-party AI tools may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not suitable for use in regulated, safety-critical or professional-advice contexts without qualified human review. You must not use our assets or the service to produce illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or to jailbreak or abuse third-party AI systems.

We may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter requests, and suspend accounts to enforce this section. If you believe an asset infringes your rights, contact us at iqetsstyle@gmail.com and we will investigate and remove infringing material; repeat infringement leads to account termination.

We retain all ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the platform software, documentation, branding and the asset library itself. Your licence to use purchased assets does not transfer ownership of them. Content you upload remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate the service.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, currency, tax, invoicing, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the period you selected (monthly or yearly) until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. See our Refund Policy.

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free operation. Access may be limited by maintenance, third-party outages or events beyond our reasonable control.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the service at any time. When access ends, your account data may be deleted after a reasonable export window; licences for assets you lawfully purchased outright survive termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and its assets are provided "as is" and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and disputes are subject to the competent courts of Almaty, unless mandatory local law in your country of residence provides otherwise. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond its reasonable control.
